We provide all our services via email and telephone. You can contact us anytime between 9am to 9pm, 7 days a week. Good communication between the website developer and the client is vital in establishing a professional and effective website, therefore we encourage you to contact us if you have any queries regarding your website.
We only build websites hosted on our fast VPS secure servers located in Sydney Australia therefore you cannot use your own hosting.
Cost of our web hosting services is $320 and is renewable every 2 years. This includes the cost of an SSL Certificate. ( A SSL certificate is the lock in the address bar to protect your site from being compromised)
Domain names registered with Instyle Web Design are renewable every 2 years.
We offer 4 Website Packages.
- $749 for up to 5 pages & includes 2 years 2GB web hosting and SSL certificate
- $899 for up to 12 pages & includes 2 years 2GB web hosting and SSL certificate
- $1099 for up to 20 pages & includes 2 years 2GB web hosting and SSL certificate
- $1299 Ecommerce 12pages/categories, 10 Products & includes 2 years 2GB web hosting and SSL certificate
Prices are GST inclusive.
Our hosting plans include up to 4 changes per year. If you need to add or remove content, we will do it all for you. If you would like to add text and photos yourself, you can edit your files via your own wordpress dashboard. You will receive full administration passwords to your Cpanel and WordPress Dashboard once your invoice has been paid in full. You can follow the tutorials on how to make changes to your website on the Blog/Tutorials tab.
Our high performance servers are located in Sydney, Australia and feature 100% SSD storage.
Time will vary depending on how quickly you provide us with content, images and anything else we need to build your site. Generally, we design a colour scheme based on your existing branding. As a starting point, we ask for a digital file of your logo and we will design a website using a colour scheme which compliments your logo. We encourage our clients to gather all information and pictures to include on their website. Once we receive your content and images, your website will be online within a week.
Yes, of course you do. You own all images and content. You pay us for the development of your website. We hold no copyright or ownership of your website. The files on your hosting account belong to you. You can change your hosting provider at any time. The first 2 years of web hosting is non-refundable. We do not charge any exit fees after the first 2 years.
Our servers back up your site on a daily basis. For an additional fee, we can restore your website so it’s up and running again.
